Peter started playing rugby at St Joseph’s college Blackpool and made the county team at U16s. Peter played for a short while at Hoppers but when he left school he unfortunately had to work Saturdays. He eventually went to play at Blackpool and then Bay Horse when he moved to Lancaster. He then coached mini/juniors at Vale of Lune and also took up refereeing at that time. he had. Peter has refereed for 20 years for the Association and Society, recently retiring due to a knee injury

Results

Both sides are responsible for sending in the results. Score must be checked with the referee. These must be supplied to Peter by Saturday 6.00pm at the very latest. This can be done by text, telephone or e-mail.

Postponed Games

Postponed games are normally re-arranged for the next available weekend by the Honorary Fixtures Secretary in collaboration with Peter. Re-scheduled fixtures will be shown here within a day or two of the postponement.

DO NOT assume you can simply re-schedule your own games when you have a postponement as there are knock on effects and other Teams' fixtures to consider. Any suggestions can however be discussed with Peter.

Managers should please notify Peter by eMail of any re-scheduled games or fixture switches / reversals which they spot have not been updated in the Fixture List.
